Requesting Beta Access to VisibleCal is pretty simple...


Step 1: Request Beta Access

  • At the top of this page, sign up to access our ticketing system.  Signing up in our support system only creates a local account here - it will not give you access to the VisibleCal application.


Step 2: Create a support ticket and request beta access.

  • Once logged in to this support site, you can use the same menu to create a support ticket requesting beta access.  We'll review it and respond; depending on availability, we'll send you a beta access key.  If all our beta slots are taken at the moment, we'll add you to our queue and send you a beta code as soon as we can.  


Step 3: Use the beta code to log in to our application.

  • Visit our application home page, enter your beta code and select your preferred calendar provider to create your account!
